  Rented a Toyota Tarago for my Sydney trip and it went very well. the vehicle was cleaned and well maintained and importantly Nishan Sanjaya gave me a good price. will come and rent again for my next trip. Thanks Lion Car Rentals.

  When we returned the car very poor customer service and they didn't take any responsibility for the engine issues at all. I was told I should have checked out the car before I left, how ridiculous I'm not a mechanic and nor is that my responsibility. They Refused to offer any refund for the parts or extra petrol I required. I was just told to leave.

  Car had major engine issues had to pay to fix an intake hose myself just so we could drive it. Car was using double the petrol and battery went flat at every stop we made, needing to be jumpstarted.

  I wish there was a no star option as hiring from this company has been the worst experience I have had with any vehicle hire company. We rented a truck to drive Melbourne to Sydney return and the vehicle was overfilled by the hire company with oil and kept breaking down. Upon arrival to Sydney; Road side assistance came out to advise vehicle cannot be driven as engine would blow. We have been stuck in Sydney for 2 days now and no help from Lion Car Rentals. I have been blamed for the car damage and am still getting stuffed around. MY DAUGHTER HAS LOST HER JOB AND MISSED UNIVERSITY LECTURES. I ALSO MISSED ATTENDANCE AT AN IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT ALSO. ON-TOP OF THIS I AM PREGNANT. NOT HIRE FROM HERE! WORST and most FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!
